We will not accept returns on CD's other than for defects within 30 days of purchase. Defective CDs will be exchanged for the same CD title. You must inform us of any defective items before sending them back. Shipping charges are non refundable. We will cover the shipping back to you on any exchanged CD's.

To avoid returns, we test each CD to make sure it functions correctly in Windows before packaging and shipping it. Project33 CD's will ONLY run in Windows. If a CD is damaged in shipping, please contact the shipper.
